Andy Begnoche and Holdcom have been a key SOCAP partner for 14 years. Andy is a shining example of a true SOCAPer. Andy has poured his heart and soul in to SOCAP; he’s attended over 26 of SOCAP conferences, presented at many of the conferences, served on and / or chaired many SOCAP committees and has supported the New York chapter by helping organize and promote numerous events. He also helped develop SOCAP’s contact center of the future model which has helped members envision and prepare for what future customers will expect and need. And on a more personal level, Andy has served as the social glue for SOCAP – introducing members to each other and helping enrich their experience by connecting them to helpful resources. Andy and Holdcom have helped support and reinforce what is so great about SOCAP – a source for information, support and education about the customer care industry.
