Neil Fishman – President and Co-Founder

Neil oversees Holdcom’s relationships with our client base, from sales through fulfillment. It is Neil’s goal to satisfy every reasonable customer request and turn every client into a raving fan.  He instills his customer-centric philosophy and enthusiasm into every person that works at Holdcom.

As an accomplished musician, composer, and producer, Neil brings a unique level of experience and skill and experience in his capacity of overseeing the audio production processes at Holdcom.

Harvey Edelman – CEO and Co-Founder

Harvey’s range of responsibilities includes overseeing the company’s finances, human resources, and marketing.

A seasoned writer, he brings years of marketing and audio production experience to Holdcom’s range of media services. Along with Neil Fishman, the pair have written and produced scripts and scores for musical theatre, as well as marketing programs for the national Head Start program, Parents Magazine, BMW, General Electric, Colgate Palmolive, and Grey Advertising, to name a few.

Andrew Begnoché – Dir of Ops & eCommerce

Andy has been a member of the Holdcom team for over twenty years and has been involved in almost every aspect of the audio marketing business. As Director of Operations, he makes sure that Holdcom runs smoothly. As Director of Partner Sales, he is responsible for our Reseller program and implementing branded Audio Production Stores.

Having studied communications at William Paterson University, Andy brings a wide range of creative and organizational talents to Holdcom to the benefit our company and our clients alike.

Client Relations

Client Relations is the heart and soul of Holdcom – the foundation for our unsurpassed responsiveness to our clients’ needs. Handling incoming calls, fulfilling orders, and establishing meaningful relationships with present and future clients, the Client Relations team interacts with clients over the phone, via email, and through live chat – educating, guiding, and providing attentive customer care.

Content Team

The Content Team is comprised of professional
writers schooled in the art of writing scripts for voice recording. They work directly with our clients to advise, assemble, and create customized content for Message on Hold programs, IVR announcements, eLearning scripts, virtual tour scripts, and other audio marketing applications.

Production/Tech Support

The Production and Tech Support Teams are responsible for the realization of audio productions and insuring delivery and implementation are completed on time. They hold live studio sessions and provide post-production for all sound files to insure clarity, high quality, and proper file formatting. Equipment monitoring and troubleshooting are also key elements of their duties.
